We support various initiatives in our commitment to uplift our local communities. You too can pay it forward by contributing to one of these worthy causes.

COVID-19 Fundraising Initiative

With the values of Ubuntu embedded in our very being, UBUMBO has decided to support an initiative driven by Vusa Rugby & Learning Academy. Together we create social upliftment programmes for children in underprivileged communities, including our local soup drive programme.

You too can lend a hand, by donating a minimum of R100 monthly towards this initiative during this uncertain time.

We believe that every child deserves equal access to education and we are committed to playing our part in ensuring that this fundamental human right is realised. We identified two organisations, Funda Nathi and Out the Box, which provide educational materials to ill-equipped communities.

COVID-19 Initiative Volunteers

Ubuntu is at the core of what Ubumbo is all about. Don’t miss the chance to show the beauty and strength of Ubuntu by lending a hand to provide a meal for children of the Vusa Academy.

Volunteers are needed from Monday to Friday at 14:00 to 15:15. This involves ensuring children adhere to the following:

– Screening
– Sanitizing their hands
– Wearing Masks
– Social Distancing

A maximum of 5 volunteers is required per day.
