In identifying the sporting gaps left in communities, the partnership with Bishops and coaches alike, the gap in communities of nurturing talent and drive has been filled and requires growth and assistance in fulfilling the needs of children in the community
Continuously bridging the academic divide. In continuation with the reading and writing program, having more engagement and individuals in the organization willing to pitch in an have session with children if possible

Visibility and exposure in how we represent organization = driving support and engagement in wider community (growing JHB community)
Coordinating social and environmental initiatives

- Visiting homes and coordinating sporting events
Facilitating conversation and awareness on the plight of women in our society  if we’re looking to be a socially aware and inclusive space, one needs to understand the current climate.
Fundraising and crowdfunding ideas for organisational growth and reach
Growing sporting activities within the club (Netball and Rugby), maybe opening another sporting avenue for other interested individuals (Cricket)
Coordinating with brands in bridging the gap between the communities and the sport, growing visibility and involvement in communities besides the social aspects of the organisation.

Continuity of the VUSA cohort, giving the kids a space to be supported in their already peaked interest in the sport, in collab with the Busy Bees in taking on the growing and more intentional players
Finding a more structured approach in the mentoring and guidance in terms of personal growth and social responsibility, thus creating healthy and proactive takes on their wellbeing, mental and physical
Formulating ideas on team unity and how choices are a big factor in team dynamics and outside life
Team building and having positive outlooks on each other, in then building camaraderie
Carrying out the proposed idea of mentorship and shadowing of the ‘established’ individuals in the organization
Finding strategy on how to retain the young girls in the VUSA cohort and having accommodating and inclusive spaces for their growth and development in the Leopards

Having a network of young professionals hold advantage in the young seeing themselves in others –> a form of representation
In partnership with the Leopards group, finding an integrated part of the organization where there are opportunities for the children to form part of spaces that encourage growth and success
Guidance in multiple avenues. Showing the bigger part of the organization to the younger group, outside of the social aspects

A meet with the VUSA team on how we as Ubumbo can further support and strengthen the partnership, what they would need and how that looks
Collating ideas and finding avenues of exploring the social initiatives, in ways that drives participation and support
A structured approach to the duality of the Leopards group, enrichment on the sporting front and support in their capacity as children
Finding a group of willing individuals with capacity to be part of the continuous support and representation for the young members, the sporting front included.
